Website content does not create a transportation contract, partner agreement, driver approval, vehicle approval, or guarantee of service availability.
No emergency use
Do not use this website to request emergency assistance. Wavz Ride does not provide emergency medical transportation or ambulance services. For medical emergencies, call 911.
Service limitations
Wavz Ride provides scheduled, non-emergency transportation support for ambulatory passengers only. Wavz Ride does not provide emergency medical transportation, stretcher transportation, clinical care, passenger lifting, passenger transfers, or wheelchair-accessible vehicle transportation unless separately authorized in future operations.
Driver applications
Submitting a driver application does not guarantee approval, activation, trip assignments, or compensation. Drivers must complete required review, screening, documentation, vehicle approval, training, acknowledgments, independent contractor agreement, and final Wavz Ride activation before providing service.
Accuracy and changes
Wavz Ride may update website content, pages, service descriptions, application pages, forms, and operating information. If there is a conflict between general website information and a signed agreement, partner requirement, insurance requirement, or applicable law, the stricter applicable standard may control.
