3. Service scope
Wavz Ride is designed for scheduled, non-emergency transportation for ambulatory passengers. The service does not include stretcher transportation, clinical care, medication handling, passenger lifting, passenger transfers, or wheelchair-accessible vehicle transportation unless separately authorized in future operations.
4. Driver applications
An application is not approval, activation, a promise of trip assignments, or a promise of compensation. Applicants may be required to complete review, screening, documentation, vehicle approval, training, acknowledgments, an independent-contractor agreement, and final activation.
5. Accuracy and changes
Content, availability, procedures, requirements, and service areas may change. Wavz Ride may revise this site and these terms as operations evolve.
6. Controlling requirements
If general website content conflicts with a signed agreement, partner or insurance requirement, operating procedure, or applicable law, the stricter applicable requirement may control.
